Q: How do I calculate shipping before purchasing?
A: Place the items you want to purchase and click the "View Cart" tab. In the cart, you can adjust quantities and there is a "Calculate Shipping & Handling" tab above the cart subtotal. Click on this tab and enter your State and Postal Zip Code. Click the Calculate Shipping tab and different methods of shipping will appear.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: MakariosRV.com ships orders Monday - Friday and most orders will ship within 24 - 48 business hours of receiving your order confirmation.
Q: Why do I receive "Something Went Wrong" message?
A: Here are some examples of often made mistakes:
1. Shipping Address CANNOT be a PO Box.
2. Billing Address must MATCH Credit Card Billing Address.
3. Mis-Entered Credit Card Number, Expiration Date or CSV Code (last three numbers of signature line on back of credit card).
Q: Why did my family member or RV Friend receive their order more quickly than my order?
A: MakariosRV.com fulfills orders placed at the closest warehouse located across the United States with all items requested on order to the best of our abilities.
Q: Why did I receive part of my order and not all items at the same time?
A: MakariosRV.com ships from warehouses located across the United States, we may be required to ship from multiple locations to complete your order but we DO NOT charge any additional shipping fees incurred to complete our valuable customers orders.
